Terms of Service

Last updated: August 23, 2026

1. The service

AliDrop Pro ("the Service") is a software tool that helps you research AliExpress products, create and manage eBay listings, and automate parts of a dropshipping workflow (pricing, testing, discovery, fulfillment assistance, A/B experiments). The Service is provided by the site operator ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.

2. Your accounts on other platforms

The Service connects to your own eBay account(s) via eBay's official sign-in, and reads public AliExpress product data through licensed data providers. You remain fully responsible for your eBay and AliExpress accounts, for every listing published through the Service (including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with eBay's policies), for fulfilling orders you receive, and for any taxes on your sales. The Service automates actions you configure; automated actions (auto-publish, auto-pricing, A/B testing, discovery) run under your instructions and on your behalf.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Access requires a paid subscription billed through PayPal — monthly, or yearly where offered — at the price shown when you subscribe. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ in monthly capacity (AI runs, listings published, product lookups, saved products). Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC) and unused capacity does not roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing page — cancelling stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

4. Fair use

Capacity limits are enforced server-side. You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, probe or overload the Service, resell access, share one account across multiple businesses, or use the Service to create listings that are unlawful, infringing, or deceptive. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or the third-party platforms it connects to.

5. No guarantees of business results

Dropshipping involves commercial risk. Golden Scores, AI-generated titles and descriptions, price recommendations, A/B verdicts, and discovery picks are decision aids, not promises of sales or profit. Third-party data (AliExpress prices, stock, eBay metrics) can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; verify anything that matters before relying on it.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third-party APIs (eBay, AliExpress data providers, AI providers, PayPal) and is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be discontinued; material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost sales, account suspensions on third-party platforms).

8. Termination & data

You can delete your account at any time from the billing page (Preferences → Delete account) — this cancels billing and permanently erases your stored data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.

Privacy Policy

1. What we store

• Account data — your email, name, and a password hash (Argon2id; we never store the password itself). Optional two-factor secrets are stored encrypted.
• Settings — your app preferences, encrypted at rest with keys derived per account (Argon2id + AES envelope encryption).
• eBay connection tokens — OAuth tokens for the eBay accounts you connect, stored in an encrypted credential vault and used only to act on your behalf (sync, publish, revise, fulfil). We never see your eBay password.
• Operational data — usage counters (how many AI runs / listings you used this month), automation state (pricing learner, product tests, A/B experiments), and fulfillment records for your orders.
• Subscription data — your PayPal subscription id and status. Card/bank details never touch our servers; PayPal handles all payment data.

2. What leaves our servers

• eBay receives the listings you publish and the revisions/automation actions you configure.
• AliExpress data providers (RapidAPI "AliExpress DataHub") receive the product ids and search terms you research.
• AI providers (DeepSeek, and Google Gemini where available) receive product data and listing text needed to generate titles, descriptions, analysis, and assistant answers. When you use the in-app assistant, they also receive a summary of what is on your screen — the page you are on, visible product and listing titles with their prices, counts of your orders and messages, and the names of the on-screen controls. We do not send your credentials, your customers' names or addresses, message contents, or payment data to AI providers.
• PayPal processes subscription payments.

AI providers may use what we send them to train their models. DeepSeek's privacy policy states that inputs are used to "train and improve" its technology unless you exercise its opt-out, and Google may use Gemini API inputs to improve its services. This is why only public marketplace and product data — never personal or confidential data — is sent to them. Do not type personal or sensitive information into the assistant; it warns you of this before your first message.

3. Where your data is processed

Your account, settings, tokens and operational data are stored on our own server infrastructure and are not moved outside it except as described above.

Our sub-processors operate in different countries, and data sent to them is processed there:

• DeepSeek — its privacy policy states that it collects, processes and stores personal data in the People's Republic of China. Product and listing text sent for AI generation is therefore processed in China.
• Google (Gemini), eBay, PayPal, RapidAPI — primarily the United States and the other regions named in their own policies.

If you are in the UK, EU or EEA, this means some of your data is transferred outside your home jurisdiction. Where we can choose, we minimise what is sent and send no personal data at all to AI providers. If a transfer of personal data to one of these countries would require a safeguard such as Standard Contractual Clauses, we rely on the safeguards in the relevant provider's own terms; you can ask us which provider handles what, and you can object to a transfer by not using the feature that causes it (the AI features are optional and every core function works without them).

We do not sell your data, run ads, or use third-party analytics trackers.

4. Cookies

This app sets no cookies at all. There are no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts that could set them — which is why you are not asked to accept a cookie banner.

What we do use is your browser's local storage, on your device only: your sign-in token (so you stay signed in), your theme choice, saved drafts and research results, and your assistant chat history. It is never transmitted to us as a cookie header, it is not shared with anyone, and clearing your browser data for this site removes all of it — signing you out and clearing those local drafts.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id; secrets and tokens are encrypted at rest; per-user data is isolated with row-level database policies; all traffic uses HTTPS in production; plan limits and access control are enforced server-side. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you.

6. Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account (billing page → Preferences → Delete account) permanently erases your account row and everything attached to it — settings, encrypted tokens, experiments, usage history, fulfillment records — and cancels your PayPal subscription. Listings already published to eBay remain on eBay (they are yours, on your account). Server backups age out on the operator's backup schedule.

7. Your rights

You can access and export your settings from the app, correct your account details, and delete everything as described above. EU/UK users: the legal basis for processing is performance of the contract (providing the Service you subscribed to); you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You can also ask us where a particular piece of your data is processed — see Where your data is processed above.
