Terms of Service

1. The service
AliDrop Pro ("the Service") is a software tool that helps you research AliExpress products, create and manage eBay listings, and automate parts of a dropshipping workflow (pricing, testing, discovery, fulfillment assistance, A/B experiments). The Service is provided by the site operator ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.
2. Your accounts on other platforms
The Service connects to your own eBay account(s) via eBay's official sign-in, and reads public AliExpress product data through licensed data providers. You remain fully responsible for your eBay and AliExpress accounts, for every listing published through the Service (including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with eBay's policies), for fulfilling orders you receive, and for any taxes on your sales. The Service automates actions you configure; automated actions (auto-publish, auto-pricing, A/B testing, discovery) run under your instructions and on your behalf.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Access requires a paid subscription billed monthly through PayPal at the price shown when you subscribe. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ in monthly capacity (AI runs, listings published, saved products). Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC) and unused capacity does not roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing page — cancelling stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
4. Fair use
Capacity limits are enforced server-side. You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, probe or overload the Service, resell access, share one account across multiple businesses, or use the Service to create listings that are unlawful, infringing, or deceptive. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or the third-party platforms it connects to.
5. No guarantees of business results
Dropshipping involves commercial risk. Golden Scores, AI-generated titles and descriptions, price recommendations, A/B verdicts, and discovery picks are decision aids, not promises of sales or profit. Third-party data (AliExpress prices, stock, eBay metrics) can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; verify anything that matters before relying on it.
6. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third-party APIs (eBay, AliExpress data providers, AI providers, PayPal) and is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be discontinued; material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost sales, account suspensions on third-party platforms).
8. Termination & data
You can delete your account at any time from the billing page (Preferences → Delete account) — this cancels billing and permanently erases your stored data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.
